Refund Policy

BLISS THE FASHION STUDIO accepts refund requests only for eligible cases such as damaged product, defective item, incorrect product received, or order not delivered.

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with order details and supporting photos where applicable.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
